This is a lightweight stick vac that is quite under powered. For the money, you are probably getting what you pay for.

The best place to use this would be on hard surfaces or very short carpet. It will pick up loose crumbs on the surface of the carpet but will not do as well with ground in dirt. It does a decent job of picking up animal hair too.

The unit has to be plugged in to power the battery. You unplug it to use the vacuum. At first, it will hold a decent charge. As you use it more it begins to lose the charge faster. I also noticed as it was used more it lost suction power as well.

I bought this to vacuum the few rugs we have in our home. My husband tried to tell me it would not work. We ended up having to buy another vacuum for the job, but this one is still used on the wood floors…. occasionally.

I would recommend this product for cleaning your office space if you are buying something out of pocket and are not doing heavy duty cleaning. If you only plan to use it on hard floors then it may also work for you. I would not buy this with the plan of using it to clean the entire house. You will have dirty carpets for sure!!
