I’ve owned the machine for a little over 2 months now and am completely satisfied with the result of my extensive product research. My laundry room isn’t adequate for a front-loader and I read too many negatives to want one either. I did consider the Bosh however, but the salesman told me he would buy (and purchased for his mother) the Fisher %26amp; Paykel over Bosh and the more expensive brand the store carried. I also wanted to stop and add forgotten items during a cycle and couldn’t do that with a front loader. The cycle runs longer than my former Whirlpool, but the clothes are so much drier that the drying time is less and washing AND drying times combine to match my old routine. The detergent is dispensed into the agitator and the manual says it is dispersed through 3 separate types of water dispersion. The rinse cycle runs at 1000 revs and even though it gets out more water than my previous machine, the clothes are less mangled. Also, whites seem brighter than with my old machine. So far I am very happy with the purchase. I also made the decision because of reported use of water which is about 1/2 of what my former machine used. But, I haven’t received a utility bill yet to determine whether that is correct, or not.
