I have owned this model for a few years. I love the convenience of having 2 drawers, especially when I have dinner parties of 12 people or more. For example: since I have china service for 12, I can use salad plates for a first course, clear the dishes, rinse, load and wash them on the fast cycle, and they are ready before the dessert course when I use them again as dessert plates.

I also like the drawers for when I am alone, as I don’t have to wait forever to fill up the dishwasher.

It does a very good job of draining itself, no pooled water, and the dry cycle is very effective.

It is also incredibly quiet. My kitchen phone is next to the dishwasher and it can operate without interfering in my conversation. I can also run it at night before retiring and it won’t be heard upstairs.

The biggest drawback, and it is frustrating - is that it does not clean adequately, no matter if I choose normal or fast. I don’t feel I should have to select heavy duty for everyday dishes and glasses. It will not clean lipstick from glasses, the tiniest speck of food left on a dish, etc. You must thoroughly rinse each piece, and wipe it with a sponge, before placing it in the washer.

I am remodeling my kitchen, and despite the fact that the machine is nearly new without problems, I am not going to use it in my new kitchen. I will switch to a brand with more reliable cleaning power. (I have a second home where I have a Miele and there is no comparison in the washing capabilities. The Miele can clean anything with no pre-rinsing necessary).
