I like the on board attachments but there are two pieces that do not stay on board - the hard floor attachment and the furniture attachment - both were a little confusing to attach to the hose - there were no clear instructions. Customer service is very quick, polite and helpful. I love the quality of the cleaning it does and the attachments are the most useful of any vacuum I have owned before. I really like how long the plug cord is and that the wand has a long (stretchable)hose. I do wish however that the cord would self wind…ugh. I don’t like how the wand has only one length hard extension that seems too long for most hose uses. Also, I find I need to really clean the holes in the bagless section often with a brush and tapping it hard on the outside works the best, and doing it outside is helpful too since the dust tends to go wherever it pleases. I would buy this vacuum again should mine break. I have two kids a dog and a husband so good cleaning is what my house needs and this vacuum does the job. I did have a problem with the belt drive - I called and they gave me a UPS number and all I had to do was bring it to the nearest UPS store and they packed it and sent it - less than 10 days later it was back at my house ready for me to use again. Also I thought there was a problem with the hose extension and they sent me new parts right away. I was very thankful. This is the best customer service I have ever experienced.
