I bought the Windtunnel 2 model #U8341-900 to replace my old Hoover which i owned for years. I was very excited about the whole bagless thing of never having to change another vacuum bag again. Boy was i let down by this costly piece of plastic. First of all, the vacuum is hard to push and is also loud. The so called self cleaning Hepa Filter will clog up causing a loss of suction power. This results in you having to actually remove the screws, take the vacuum apart and clean all the dirt which gets caught in and around the filter. This process is very very dirty and back breaking. You will also have to have a good memory of how to put your vacuum back together again. The dirt canister also fits loose causing dust to fly everywhere when you turn it on. I actually had to put tape along all the cracks which had to be removed evertime i emptied the canister. The upholestry brush, which is a must if you have pets, will work as long as you dont put any pressure on it which causes the brushes to stop turning. I did find the hose to be plenty long for my 8-9 ft. tall ceilings. The suction on the vacuum is excellent as long as you have the time and patience to keep the filter cleaned out. These two positives is hardly worth your hard earned money.
